Your chance to get involved

Our organization group is the core of the VELOciraptors community. This is where we plan the weekly rides, coordinate events, design our merchandise, and take care of external communication. As we work without fixed hierarchies, we have the freedom to implement ideas easily and to continuously develop our structures in a flexible way. We welcome new perspectives and people who want to take responsibility or simply contribute their thoughts. The barriers to getting involved in the organization group are intended to be as low as possible. For this reason, everyone is free to speak in the language they feel most comfortable with during our organization meetings. At the same time, we make sure that everyone can follow the discussion, with regular translation if needed. Meetings of the organization group generally take place on the last day of the month, unless there is a compelling reason not to do so and the majority prefers a different date. Anyone may participate in the organization meetings without special requirements or prior commitments. Dates are announced well in advance within the community, usually via WhatsApp. Detailed information on how the organization group works can be found in the community guideline document in the Documents tab.
