Social Rides ☀️🚴♂️
Tuesdays
📌 Langer Anger 42, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany
⏰ Every Tuesday, 6:00 PM
Welcome to our new Tuesday evening after-work social - relaxed pace and good vibes only. ☀️ Come along and ride with us! Start is at “Ruprecht Rides” in the “Bahnstadt”. 🦖 The pace will be set to ensure that the slowest rider can enjoy the ride without feeling like they have to hang on for dear life. The route is announced each week on the Whatsapp group. Feel free to message any of the admins if you have any questions :)
Saturdays
📌 Uferstraße 4, Heidelberg
⏰ Every Saturday, 10:00 AM
Every Saturday, we organize a group ride – with a clear focus on the social aspect: the pace is relaxed and invites conversation 🗣️, the vibe is excellent ✨, and most importantly: the ride usually ends with a coffee stop ☕. Beginners, gravel riders 🚵♂️, and anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable in performance-focused groups are especially welcome. The pace is adjusted so that even the slowest rider can join in without feeling pressured 🐢. The weekly route is announced in the WhatsApp Announcements Group 📱.
FLINTA ride
We want to organize monthly FLINTA* social rides. Exact dates and routes will be shared in our WhatsApp community.
Gravel Ride (w/Ruprecht Rides)
📌 Langer Anger 42, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany

We ride the weekly gravel ride on Thursdays with Ruprecht Rides. Meeting point in front of the store at 18:30. Bring your jerseys!
Advanced ride
📌 Uferstraße 4, Heidelberg
⏰ Every wednesday, 18:00 PM
Since there have been repeated requests for faster rides, there will be an advanced ride this Wednesday, similar to what some of you may be familiar with from “Unisport”. If you’ve been riding for a while and are looking for a bit more of a challenge, this is the place for you:
⚡️ Average Speed: 25–30 km/h
⛰️ Climbs: We will wait briefly at the top until everyone has arrived
⚠️ Safety: Obstacles and hazards will always be indicated
Participation requirements:
✔️ Functional road bike or gravel bike
✔️ Clipless pedals
✔️ Spare inner tube + pump & helmet
✔️ StvO-compliant riding & sufficient food & drink
✔️ Download the route to your Strava (if possible)
Important: The focus is on having fun riding. Experienced riders are welcome, but should adapt to the pace of the group. Everyone will be waited for and no one will be left behind.
