The young ADFC Heidelberg – their youth group – is currently looking for people interested in supporting traffic education. Specifically, it’s about teaching children and young people safe and confident cycling in a playful way. The work is paid. Here you can find more info. Stop Bezahlkarte Heidelberg (Link)
Not related to cycling, but surely interesting for all solidarity-minded Dinos! “Stop Bezahlkarte Heidelberg” is an alliance that opposes the introduction of the payment card for refugees in Heidelberg. To give refugees more freedom of action despite these restrictions, the initiative organizes an exchange market: refugees bring vouchers worth 50 euros, which they have received through the payment card, and supportive allies buy these vouchers. In this way, the credit is converted back into cash, giving those affected more freedom to manage their money while also sending a signal of solidarity.

No Step to the Right is a civil society alliance in Heidelberg that positions itself against right-wing extremism, racism, and discriminatory ideologies. Its goal is to send a clear public signal that there is no place in Heidelberg for right-wing agitation, exclusion, and violence.
